Dr. Neal Malik has his own podcast called Optimal Health Daily, or OHD for short. It’s a daily podcast on Monday-Friday that talks about all things related to health, fitness, nutrition, stress management, and behavior change. He reads health blogs and gives commentary in regards to his personal experiences and what the research says on that topic. When not doing the podcast he’s also the department chair of the nutrition and basic sciences department at Bastyr University California in San Diego, as well as adjunct faculty at two other colleges.
